For sale, we have an incredible brown color phase Grey Wolf full-size taxidermy rug. This rug has a fully raised head with an open mouth and features black felt backing, which provides durability and protection against wear. The hide and hair are in wonderful condition, and the rug has been finished with a red felt border. This piece can be fastened to the wall, but fasteners are not included. We do not recommend foot traffic, as it can damage the hair. All applicable measurements and dimensions are provided in the specifications section to help ensure this item will fit within your intended space, as well as meet expectations regarding the item’s featured attribute sizes, scores, etc.

About the Wolf (Canis lupis)

The wolf is the world’s largest and most iconic canine and is well known for its high social and intellectual behavior. The wolf is an unparalleled predator and can hunt together with other individuals to take down “prey” up to ten times the size of an individual wolf. Though they look much like the traditional domestic dog, the wolf has longer legs, a thinner torso, and a course outer-fur that sheds (molts) every spring. Though hard to spot in the wild, Wolves are found in America as far north as the Arctic and as far south as New York, Washington, and Wisconsin.
