This is a breathtaking full-size Zebra taxidermy rug. It features a flat head, all-natural mane, and an incredibly soft hide. The craftsmanship on the rug is fantastic, and includes a lovely felt bordering along the edges, earning our coveted Premier Plus™ overall quality rating.

– If this item is placed on the floor, we recommend light foot traffic (no shoes!), as heavier foot traffic will likely damage or dirty the fur.

– This item may be hung on the wall as well. Hangers not included. Nails or tacks are optional.

Animal Description

About the Zebra (Equus quagga burchellii)

The Burchell’s Zebra, also known as the plains zebra, is the most common and widespread of the species. Their location ranges from the southern tip of Ethiopia up through East Africa, and as far south as Capetown. The plains zebra is a mid-sized herbivore, and thick-bodied with relatively short legs. Like all zebras, they are boldly striped in black and white, and no two individuals look exactly alike.

We also include other features such as horn and antler length (when applicable) as well as any other key attributes and descriptions to better identify each items unique characteristics.
