For sale, we have a fantastic North American Beaver stretched hide. This hide has been stretched and tied to a cedar hoop ring. This is how our ancestors did it, which makes this such a cool item to own! This Beaver features a professionally tanned hide and ultra-soft fur. This piece is perfect for a cabin or tavern to get that ‘up north’ feel! All applicable measurements and dimensions are provided in the specifications section to help ensure this item will fit within your intended space, as well as meet expectations regarding the item’s featured attribute sizes, scores, etc.

Animal Description

About the Beaver (Castor Canadensis)

The beaver is a large, semi-aquatic rodent that can be found in North America and northern Europe. These herbivores are nocturnal and infamous for building dams in rivers and streams to create still water bodies for their homes. The beaver is probably most well-known (and instantly recognized) for its paddle-shaped tail. They use these leather tails for swimming, as well as slapping against the surface of the water, serving as a warning to predators and fellow beavers alike.
