The flying pose is perfect to see the multitude of colors on the wings and tail, while still getting the natural flying look that you would see in nature. This ringneck features great plumage and has been professionally cleaned to ensure it will stand the test of time. Animal Description

About the Ringneck Pheasant (Phasianus colchicus)

The Ringneck Pheasant (or Common Pheasant) is identified partly by (and named after) the unique white ring around its neck. They can grow to nearly 6 lbs with an overall length of 30 inches or more. Males often display bright colors to attract their mates, while the females most often exhibit muted and camouflaged colors to help hide them from predators and better protect their young. Pheasant can fly over 50 miles an hour when fleeing from other Birds of Prey.
