For sale, we have a fabulous Fallow Deer “European” mount. This piece features a professionally cleaned and whitened skull mounted on a wood plaque and a gorgeous set of naturally worn antlers. The skull itself is in excellent shape, featuring no chips or cracks, plus the horns earn an SCI Bronze Medal with a score of 182″. All applicable measurements and dimensions are provided in the specifications section to help ensure this item will fit within your intended space, as well as meet expectations regarding the item’s featured attribute sizes, scores, etc.

– This Fallow Deer exceeds the Safari Club International Bronze Medal trophy book score requirement.

– There is already a hanger attached to the back of this item.

– The item will hang on a properly anchored drywall screw.

Animal Description

About the Fallow Deer (Dama dama)

The Fallow is a species of deer native to Eurasia, though it has been introduced to various locations worldwide. The common fallow sports a chestnut-colored coat with white spots or mottles that appear more prominently in the summer months. Like other deer species, the fallow males have antlers, while the females do not. These antlers differ from traditional western deer species in that they appear broader, with more of a ‘shovel’ shape, instead of the more widely distributed “spikes” seen in North America.
