For sale, we have a retro Chinook Salmon taxidermy fish mount. With a length of 25″, a girth of 20″, and an estimated live weight of 17 lbs. The mount is facing to the right, with open jaws, mounted on a barn wood plaque. All applicable dimensions are included to help ensure this item will fit within your intended display space.

– There is already a hanger attached to the back of this item.

– The item will hang on a properly anchored drywall screw.

Animal Description

About the Chinook Salmon (Oncorhynchus tshawytscha)

The Chinook Salmon is a massive fish that can be found along the northern Pacific coast, as far south as Baja, CA…all the way north along with Alaska and Siberia, then further south down into Japan. The chinook’s average size is 10-50 lbs, but the biggest can be 130 lbs. The Chinook is blue-green, with a red or purple hue on the back and top and silver sides. It has black spots on its tail and the upper half of its body.
