For sale, we have a beautiful Bobcat taxidermy tanned fur. This Bobcat hide has been preserved with a tan that is very soft and clean. This fur is meant for decoration and is not recommended for further taxidermy applications. It measures 51″ in length from the nose to the bottom of the feet. This Bobcat hide is extremely clean with beautiful hair. All applicable measurements and dimensions are provided in the specifications section to help ensure this item will fit within your intended space, as well as meet expectations regarding the item’s featured attribute sizes, scores, etc.

About the Bobcat (Lynx rufus)

Bobcats are typically found throughout the US, southern Canada, and Mexico since they thrive in various habitats, from deserts to cool wooded swamps. Along with the diverse habitat comes a diverse diet. The bobcat is carnivorous and will hunt anything from a mouse, squirrel, or rabbit to a mammal its size. Speaking of size, the bobcat is generally smaller than most other wild cats, weighing in at around 20-30 pounds, with a thick grey or brown coat. The name ‘bobcat’ derives from their short, bobbed tail.
