    This is a stunning Black Corsican Ram shoulder taxidermy mount, posed with it’s head in a semi-upright position, looking slightly to it’s right side, out into the room. This ram has a fantastic set of horns, measuring 22 0/8″ in length around the curls. Additionally, the great hide, onyx-black hair, and adept quality craftsmanship combine with a custom wood/vegetation accent to earn our Excellent Plus Star™ overall quality rating. All applicable measurements and dimensions are provided to help ensure this item will fit within your intended space, as well as meet expectations regarding the item’s featured attribute sizes, scores, etc.

    – There is already a hanger attached to the back of this item.

    – The item will hang on a properly anchored drywall screw.

    About the ‘Hybrid’ Sheep (Ovis Hybrid)

    Corsican (or Mouflon) is often the general name for hybrid sheep, typically crossed between a common sheep (Ovis aries) and any of the following (reported, but not confirmed): Bighorn, Dahl, Argali, or European Mouflon. This wide range of hybrid and subsequent crossing has led to many ‘named’ types of of sheep such as the “Texas Dall”, “Black Hawaiian”, “Barbados”, etc. Beautiful colors and exotic horn sizes/shapes result in a wide variety of appearances within this class of sheep.
