This is a gorgeous African Nyala taxidermy shoulder mount. It features rich, thick tan hair with beautiful white a and brown highlights, outstanding craftsmanship and impressive horns, meeting the requirements for our Premier™ overall quality rating, and exceeding the level required for a SCI Bronze Medal with a score of 63 2/8″. It is mounted in a semi-upright position, looking slightly to it’s right, out into the room. All applicable measurements and dimensions are provided to help ensure this item will fit within your intended space, as well as meet expectations regarding the item’s featured attribute sizes, scores, etc…

– There is already a hanger attached to the back of this item.

– The item will hang on a properly anchored drywall screw.

– This African Nyala exceeds the Safari Club International Bronze Medal trophy book score requirement.

Animal Description

About the Nyala (Nyala angasii)

The nyala (or inyala) is a large antelope species found throughout a specific climate territory in southeast Africa, near Zimbabwe. The female and juvenile nyala are typically chestnuts in color, with several long, white vertical stripes along the sides of their coats. The male nyala sports the same white stripe accent, though its coat is dark slate grey in color and much shaggier than its female counterpart. The male also grows two horns on top of his head, which curve inward toward the top.
