This is a fantastic African Kudu skull and horns “european-style” taxidermy mount. The length of these massive horns is over 52 6/8″+ on both sides with 11 0/8″+ bases, achieving an SCI Silver Medal Score of 128 3/8″. This set of Kudu horns includes a great reproduction skull, fully intact, and in fantastic condition which has been covered in a really cool royal blue finish. All this combined with top-quality taxidermy craftsmanship earns this item our Excellent Plus™ overall quality rating. Both horns are removable from the skull for easy movement through door frames, as well as effortless hanging. All applicable dimensions are included to help ensure this item will fit within your intended display space.

About the Greater Kudu (Tragelaphus strepsiceros)
The great kudu is a large antelope species found sparsely throughout the woodland areas of southern and eastern Africa. Kudu have long legs and a narrow frame, with a beautiful chestnut coat that has around a dozen vertical white stripe patterns. Males grow an exotic antler, which spirals and ribbons upward above the kudus head, as well as a small black and white mane that runs the underside length of its neck.
