This is an outstanding Chinook (aka “King”) Salmon taxidermy fish mount. With a length of 36″, a girth of 23″, and an estimated live weight of 25.7 lbs, this fish is a sight to behold. The King is facing to the left, with open jaws. The fins, painting, and craftsmanship are all stunning, with incredible detail in the silver and pewter coloring, and dark pewter shading along it’s back, meeting our prestigious Premier Plus™ rating.
– There is already a hanger attached to the back of this item.
– The item will hang on a properly anchored drywall screw.

The chinook Salmon is a massive fish that can be found along the northern Pacific coast, as far south as Baja, CA…all the way north along Alaska and Siberia, then further south down into Japan. The chinook’s average size may be 10-50 lbs, but the biggest can be upwards of 130 lbs. The Chinook is blue-green, with a red or purple hue on the back and top of the head, with silver sides. It has black spots on its tail and the upper half of its body.
