  • Damaged on Arrival: If your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a return shipment using our trusted shipping partners and issue a full refund upon receipt of the damaged item.
  • Faulty Manufacturing or Broken After Use (Warranty): We stand behind our craftsmanship and offer a lifetime warranty on all our products. If your item exhibits faulty manufacturing or breaks after use, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. Please contact us for a return authorization and further instructions.
  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, minus any return shipping costs. The returned item must be in original condition and packaging.
  • Wrong Item Received: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the return of the wrong item using our trusted shipping partners and ship the correct item to you at no additional cost.
