Return Window:
Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to arrange a return or exchange for the damaged product.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refund Processing:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-8 business days.
