3. Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and bank transfers. Payment is due in full at the time of order placement for standard items. For custom orders, a 50% deposit is required to initiate work, with the balance due upon completion.
4. Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the package. These costs will be clearly displayed before order confirmation.
5. Backorders: If an item is on backorder, we will notify you of the expected availability date. You may choose to wait for the item or cancel your order for a full refund.

Tax Policy

1. Sales Tax Collection: Creel Taxidermy is required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to addresses within the state of Washington. The tax rate applied will be based on the shipping address and the current tax rates set by state and local authorities.
2. Tax Exemptions:

• Customers claiming tax-exempt status must provide a valid tax exemption certificate prior to their purchase.
• Resellers must provide a valid resale certificate.
