This is a terrific African Lesser Kudu shoulder taxidermy mount. It is posed with the head in an upright position looking straight forward out into the room. It features a great hide, thick hair, and impressive horns with an SCI score of 59 1/8″. The taxidermy work is excellent, earning our Nice Plus™ overall quality rating. All applicable dimensions are included to help ensure this item will fit within your intended display space.

Animal Description

About the Lesser Kudu (Tragelaphus imberbis)

The Lesser Kudu is an antelope native to East African forests and savannas. It stands upwards of four feet tall, and males can weigh up to 200 lbs, while females can reach 150 lbs. These mammals are sexually dimorphic, meaning that they have phenotypic differences in their appearance. The males will grow spiral horns that typically range from 20-28in on mature males. They are typically grey or brown-bodied with white barring down their lateral sides.
