This is an incredible Northern Pike replica fish mount. This Northern Pike measures 48” long, has a girth of 26” and an estimated live weight of just under 40.0 lbs. It is posed on a piece of driftwood, facing the viewer’s left side in a swimming motion. The fins, painting and taxidermy work are all in excellent shape, earning our outstanding Excellent Plus™ overall quality rating. All applicable dimensions are included to help ensure this item will fit within your intended display space.

Animal Description

About the Northern Pike (Esox lucius)

Northern pike are typically olive green in color, with shades of yellow or white along their bellies. They are speckled with yellowish-white spots along with their entire bodies and have long, slender underbites. “Northerns,” as they are known through the midwest, are fished for sport and can be found throughout the northernmost parts of North America, Europe, and parts of Asia. Pike grow to be large in size, up to lengths around 60 inches, making them one of the largest fish found in this habitat.
