For sale, we have a freak Whitetail Deer taxidermy shoulder mount, posed in an upright position looking slightly to viewer’s left out into the room. This a massive freakish rack, with 19 points and achieves an SCI Gold Medal with a score of 189 2/8″. There are points coming off everywhere, and it’s hard to wrap your head around this deer. The hide and hair are both in outstanding condition. The craftsmanship and taxidermy work are both masterful, which will make this buck the centerpiece of any room you hang it in. The attention to detail is just stunning! All of this combined had helped this whitetail deer earn our Premier Plus™ overall quality rating. All applicable measurements and dimensions are provided to help ensure this item will fit within your intended space, as well as meet expectations regarding the item’s featured attribute sizes, scores, etc.

About the Whitetail Deer (Odocoileus virginianus)

The Whitetail Deer (Odocoileus virginianus) is one of the most commonly recognized animals in all of North America. The male whitetail deer is often referred to as a ‘Buck” and can grow to 300 lbs, producing antlers that are fully grown and shed annually. Whitetail deer are hunted in nearly every state throughout the U.S., with trophy-class antlered males being the most desirable. Their habitat includes everything from the open prairie to deep forests, making them extremely adaptable to various surroundings. Whitetail deer have a specialized stomach that allows them to eat plants, shoots, and grass, as well as various mushrooms that are otherwise toxic to humans.
